The Rishon LeZion Foundation, in cooperation with YAHAD – United for Israel’s Soldiers, is active on behalf of discharged soldiers who are residents of Rishon LeZion, by raising supplementary funds for scholarships in accordance with the IDF chief of staff’s program.
In this campaign, two-thirds of a scholarship comes from donations by businesses and city residents, and one-third is from the soldier’s discharge grant (pikadon).
Come adopt a soldier – donations are needed as follows:
One academic year: NIS 7,000
Full studies leading to a degree: NIS 21,000
Medical or engineering degree studies: NIS 28,000.
