“Tnufa” (Momentum) – Empowering Ethiopian Youth: Located in the community center in struggling Ramat Eliyahu neighbourhood, this program combines English learning with digital literacy tools to empower struggling youth by strengthening their English skills through the lens of digital literacy. The program improves English proficiency, helping students pass their matriculation exams while opening doors to social integration and communication with established communities globally and locally.

True to its name, the program’s main goal is to create momentum: providing the tools for growth and language acquisition that foster self-confidence and personal identity. By strengthening these core skills, we ensure our participants can successfully integrate into the community and society at large.

In today’s world, digital literacy in English is essential for leveraging technological opportunities—from school years through to professional life. By mastering professional-level English, students gain access to a wider range of future career paths. Ultimately, our long-term vision is to transform these youths into educated, contributing citizens, changing the course of their lives and empowering them to build a brighter future.
