Ohr Eitan (A Strong Light) – Making Computers Accessible to the City’s Blind Residents

שילוב חברתי
The city of Rishon LeZion has a club that operates for residents who are blind and vision-impaired. The club provides a framework for more than 600 city residents who need social-rehabilitative activity.
We are seeking assistance in purchasing computers, peripherals and software, so that we can continue technological training for those with disabilities – useful learning with supportive technologies.

The project has received help from high tech companies, through the donation of computers. Now we are interested in purchasing the appropriate software and continuing to maintain the equipment and the venue. Interested in getting involved? Please contact us for additional details.
