Project No. 66- Establishing the first community Food Truck at Ramat Eliyahu Community Center. people with disabilities will operate it.
The Rishon LeZion Foundation embraces the students of Project HILA.
Within this context, and in cooperation with the Social Inclusion Division, the Foundation is seeking to acquire computers for HILA students who are in a unique learning framework for youth who have dropped out of the formal frameworks for various reasons. HILA provides them with an individualized learning environment, tailored to their level and adapted to their needs, in order to help them complete 12 years of schooling and matriculation exams.
In addition, HILA students receive inclusive treatment in employment at the municipality, guidance and advice, and they participate in a variety of educational treatment projects in the afternoons. All this is geared toward their rehabilitation and empowerment, and to encouraging a high percentage of them to enlist in the IDF and become integrated, both socially and in terms of employment.
The coronavirus period has forced the students to move to remote learning through learning software, including Zoom. In order to enable this learning, we are seeking help for students who have no access to a computer at all, due to their socioeconomic situation.
A donation of NIS 2,500 will enable us to purchase a computer and to make it possible for needy students to learn, to succeed and to complete their studies.
